Failed jobs

When a job fails due to an error, the job will be listed in the Failed jobs section. In this section, the failed jobs will be categorized based on the trigger in which they belong to. Selecting the failed job from this list will display the error message that caused the job to fail, as well as a link to the scan job itself. 

The context menu for the failed jobs can be opened by right clicking on any failed job, trigger name or the Failed jobs item itself. The selected operation is performed on the selected job only, all failed jobs of the selected trigger or all failed jobs at all, respectively. The available operations are:

  • Retry: Try to process the selected failed job(s) again.
  • Delete: Delete the failed job(s), which means that the imported and sometimes processed documents will be deleted, so they should be imported and processed again if needed.
