Outlook Add-in Crashes

If you don’t actually use the Enterprise Organizer Pro toolbar buttons in Outlook, you should disable the integration:

- Go to "Settings" in Enterprise Organizer Pro
- Select "Outlook" on the left
- De-select "Enable the Enterprise Organizer Pro Outlook Integration"
- Click OK

If you do use the Enterprise Organizer Pro toolbar button in Outlook, crashes will be caused by one of two things:

First, make sure that you’re not using a 64-bit edition of Outlook. Go to the "File" button > "Help" and look at the "About Microsoft Outlook" section It will give the full version number followed by either "(32-bit)" or "(64-bit)". If it’s 64-bit, the integration won’t work.

Second, another Outlook add-in could be conflicting with Enterprise Organizer Pro’s.

In Outlook, go to the "File" tab > "Options" > "Add-ins".

On this add-ins page, go to the "Manage" option at the bottom. Select "COM Add-ins" and click "Go".

This will pop up a dialog. De-select all of the add-ins to disable them. Click OK.

Go back to the add-ins page. Change the "Manage" option to "Disabled Items" and click "Go". Make sure Enterprise Organizer Pro isn’t selected. Click OK.

Now shut down Outlook.

Go to Enterprise Organizer Pro. Click the drop-arrow under the "Help" button > "Support Options" and click "Register Outlook Add-in".

Now open Outlook.

Go to back Outlook’s Add-Ins page. Enterprise Organizer Pro should now show up.

If you want to, you can now go back to "Manage" > "COM Add-ins" and re-enabled the other add-ins one by one until you find the one that conflicts with Enterprise Organizer Pro.
