Miscellaneous Settings

Access the Miscellaneous settings from the Enterprise Organizer Pro Tools menu > Settings > Miscellaneous option.

Network Recycle Bin

Enterprise Organizer Pro offers a Network Recycle Bin for network files (see Network Recycle Bin). You can customize what action will be taken when deleting network files or folders:

Delete permanently

This will disable the Enterprise Organizer Pro Recycle Bin and allow the files to be deleted by Windows as they normally would.

Move to Default Enterprise Organizer Pro Recycle Bin.

By default, Enterprise Organizer Pro will create a hidden folder called Enterprise Organizer Pro Recycle Bin in the root directory of the network drive. For example, if the network drive is s: then Enterprise Organizer Pro will create its Recycle Bin at s: Enterprise Organizer Pro Recycle Bin. Each network drive will have its own Recycle Bin.

Move to Custom Enterprise Organizer Pro Recycle Bin

You can specify a custom drive/folder where the Enterprise Organizer Pro Recycle Bin should be created. This should be a network path which is accessible and identical for all Enterprise Organizer Pro users.

Use Windows Send to Mail Recipient

This setting invokes Windows’ built-in SendMail function instead of using MAPI when you send files from Enterprise Organizer Pro. It might help users who are having trouble sending files.

Include Footer in E-mails

When you e-mail a file using the Send button, Enterprise Organizer Pro can include a footer in the e-mail message. You can enable the footer by selecting the Include Footer in E-mails option and edit the text of the footer in the area below this option.
