General Store Settings - Notification Tab
Email notification ensures that a user or email group can be notified when a new document is scanned.
Email notification list:
- To enter the email address of the person to whom the notification email is to be sent. This can be one or more email addresses or can also be an email group. Separate the addresses with a semicolon. Use either fixed email addresses or metadata.
- Subject enter the subject of the email here. Use a fixed value or populate fixed and/or variable metadata.
- Body enter the content of the email message here. This can be plain text as well as HTML. Also, metadata can be used in the body.
