General store settings - Export tab

It is possible to export the metadata of each scanned document to a TXT or XML file 

• Export:
• Type the export possibilities are: None, XML, XML (unicode), TXT and TXT (unicode)
• Format Customize the format of the export file. Use either fixed values and or fixed or variable metadata.
  For example: invoice,[invoicenr],[MM],[dd],[yyyy].
• Export on empty job If this option is checked, also metadata of scan jobs which have no exported document (e.g. blank pages were scanned but the blank page removal was switched on) is exported.
• Filename this is the export filename path including the document name and extension.
• Log on to export destination as
  • Default account: The user credential used on the Log on tab of the general ScanFlowStore settings will be used to reach the export filename path.
  • This account: Select this option when the export filename path needs to be accessed by an alternative account.
    • Use Metadata: the user credentials that are stored in the metadata fields can be used to populate the username, password and domain field. Read Metadata description for more information about what user metadata is available.
    • Username: the username of the account. 
    • Password: the password of the account.
    • Confirm password: confirm the password of the account.
    • Domain: the domain of the account.

The XML (with metadata) will look like this:
