Exact e-Synergy - Store

By selecting Exact e-Synergy the scanned document will be stored to a Exact e-Synergy server. Their are two ways of storing a scan document in Exact e-Synergy:

1. Using a request, either a new request is created in Exact e-Synergy and the scan document will be attached or an existing request will be used and the scan document will be attached.
2. A document is stored in Exact e-Synergy without using a request.

Some additional requirements need to be addressed before the connector can be used. Please refer to the Installation Guide for more information. Prior to configuring the connector, knowledge about which fields are mandatory for a request and/or document is needed. Which fields are mandatory is customizable and therefore may differ per Exact e-Synergy installation. If mandatory fields are not filled or not filled with the right values, file storage will fail. Please refer to the Exact e-Synergy documentation for more information about mandatory fields.

Connection settings:

• Server the Exact e-Synergy server.
• Administration enter the administration where to store the scan documents.
• Username the username that will be used to connect to the Exact e-Synergy server. Please note that the user is granted enough rights to access the Exact e-Synergy server.
