How to refresh the templates manually

If you have a WorkCentre 123 /128 /133 / 7132 / 7228 / 7332 / 7235 / 7242 / 7245 / 7328 / 7335 / 7345 or Xerox 4110 / 4590 / 4595 / 4112 / 4127:

Walk up to your scan device
Press Hardkey button Services
On the device touch screen press the Network Scanning button
In the Network Scanning menu press Refresh or Update templates

Walk up to your scan device
Press Hardkey button All services
On the scan device touch screen press the Network Scanning button
In the Network Scanning menu select tab 5 Refresh Destinations
Press Update template list
