2 Options for displaying Air Print - By default Air Print is hidden.
Option #1
1. Download & Install the AirPrint DLM - Click Here (For All Connect Key Devices)
2. Open a web browser and go to http://Device IP Address/diagnostics/airPrintUnhide.php
3. Check the [Unlocked/Visible] box.
4. Click [Apply].
Option #2
1. Update your firmware of your Xerox 78xx or 58xx series to the latest.
How to Configure and Enable Air Print
1. Open an internet browser and enter in the IP of the device in the URL field.
2. From CentreWare Internet Services, click Properties > Connectivity > Setup.
3. Next to AirPrint, click Edit.
4. Enable IPP. To configure, under Action click Edit.
5. Enable Multicast DNS Registration. To configure, under Action click Edit.
6. Under Protocol, select Enabled.
Note: To edit the name and location for your printer that appears in the list of AirPrint-enabled printers on connected devices, next to Device Name, click Edit.
7. Click Save.
