Adding your signature to a PDF

In Enterprise Organizer Pro, you can place an image on the page as though you were using a rubber stamp.  It comes with a number of default stamps, and you can also create your own custom stamps.  This is a very convenient way to repeatedly add the same content to documents.

Stamps can be created from image files or PDF documents.  To create your own stamp to use with the Stamp Tool you need to open the Stamps Palette and add a new item.

Click the small arrow on the Stamp Tool to display all currently available stamps in a pop up window.

Create your own Stamp from an image file

Step 1

The first thing that needs to be done here is to locate or create a GIF, JPEG, PNG or PDF with the content you want.

Step 2

Click the arrow on the Stamps Tool and select ’Show Stamps Palette’ button from the bottom of the window.

Step 3 (Optional)

If you want to place your stamp under a new Stamps collection, click ’New’ icon at the top-left corner of the Stamps Palette and give it an apt name. The stamp will start showing up under the selected Stamps Collection.

Step 4

Click the "From Image..." icon in the Stamps Palette, browse for the desired file you wish to use as a stamp, then name it.

You should now have a new stamp available to put on documents. The new custom stamp will show under the standard stamps when you click on the small arrow on  ’Stamps Tool’.

Things to consider when creating a stamp:

How to Use Stamp

Step 1

Open the PDF in the Enterprise Pro where you want to use the stamp.

Step 2

Click the small arrow  on the ’Stamps Tool’ and select the custom stamp from the window.

 Step 3

You can see the cursor converting into a rubber stamp, click anywhere on the PDF and start stamping.

 Step 4

In order to make the changes permanent, you need to flatten the signature on to the document.

If the signature is not flattened, it can be moved freely anywhere on the document even after saving the document.
