Flow module

In ScanFlowStore, flow modules will be used for various image processing functions. One of the flow modules is the Advanced Image Processing module, this module is used for converting the scanned documents into a variety of industry standard digital formats, including PDF, JPEG and TIFF. Using optical character recognition technology, the program can also convert documents to searchable PDF or Microsoft Word.

The barcode module can be used for reading barcodes from the imported documents and leverages the ability to use the barcode value as metadata within ScanFlowStore. The bates stamp module can be used for stamping values in the scanned document. The PDF module can be used for populating the PDF properties of the scanned document. It is also possible to bypass the images processing functionality so the scanned document will be kept in its original file format.

Depending on the purchased license some flow modules may or may not be available for your ScanFlowStore installation. Please contact your ScanFlowStore reseller since optional flow module licenses are available for purchase.
