Creating users via CSV import

Depending on the purchased license and/or installed features, the Users option may not be enabled for this ScanFlowStore installation.

 

    1. Select the Users element in the tree view and click the Edit button.



    2. Click Synchronize.

    3. Select CSV and click OK.



    4. Browse to the CSV file containing the user information, select it, and click Open.



    5. You can now specify which column in the .CSV file will be associated with each field for the imported user. If the first line of the CSV file includes the column name, then be sure to select the option labeled First line in file is header line. Optionally an alternative delimiter character can be specified, the default is the comma character. Select which column is to be assigned to each field. The Preview fields show the values from the selected columns of the CSV file. Specifying a zero for a field will not populate that field with any information. When done configuring all of the desired fields, click OK to import the users.



    6. Using the browse [...] buttons users can be added, updated or deleted. Click OK to import the users.



    7. Click OK to save the user settings.
