Groups Overview

Depending on the purchased license and/or installed features, the Groups option may not be enabled for this ScanFlowStore installation.

Triggers can be assigned to Users and/or groups. Groups are a means to organize users of the scan devices by scan functionality needed. You do not have to assign a user to a group; however doing so can simplify administration of users with similar scan requirements and capabilities. When you define a group, you can add users to the group and specify the triggers that can be used by all of the users that belong to the group.
