Step 3 - Publish a trigger to a scan device

Once a trigger has been created, it must be published to a scan device before it is available for scanning documents. Publishing a trigger makes it available for use by all users. Triggers will be published as device scan templates. Device scan templates are used for scanning from scan devices. Device scan templates are said to be distributed templates because they are distributed to particular devices specified. The triggers can only be used at those devices.
