How to store to multiple destinations

It is possible to store to multiple destinations within the same scan job. For instance a user can make a scan and store this in SharePoint, send it as an e-mail and print it through the LPR Printer module. This ensures that the right people receive the right documents within the shortest possible timeframe.

To add an additional filing destination to a trigger please do the following:

  1. Launch ScanFlowStore Administration Tool.
  2. Before modifying a trigger ScanFlowStore needs to be stopped. Check the process by viewing the process status that is listed in the bottom left corner of the window. If the process is started click the red square button (process stop) to stop ScanFlowStore.
  3. Expand the desired trigger to add an additional filing destination.
  4. Right-click on the Store item and select the Add command.
  5. Select the extra store module needed and configure it.
