How to refresh the templates manually

If you have a WorkCentre 123 /128 /133 / 7132 / 7228 / 7332 / 7235 / 7242 / 7245 / 7328 / 7335 / 7345 or Xerox 4110 / 4590 / 4595 / 4112 / 4127:

• Walk up to your scan device
• Press Hardkey button Services
• On the device touch screen press the Network Scanning button
• In the Network Scanning menu press Refresh or Update templates

• Walk up to your scan device
• Press Hardkey button All services
• On the scan device touch screen press the Network Scanning button
• In the Network Scanning menu select tab 5 Refresh Destinations
• Press Update template list
