Worldox GX - Upload properties

Fields that display the metadata browser icon can be populated with a metadata value.

Upload properties:

• Description a description that will be attached to the scanned document within Worldox GX.
• Profile Group choose the Profile Group that has been created in Worldox GX.
• The following seven fields will reflect the fields that are defined for the chosen Profile Group, a Profile Group can have a maximum of seven fields. If less than seven fields are defined for the chosen Profile Group, the remaining fields will be grayed out and named like in the example above, Field #5, Field #6, etc.
• Comments extra comments that will be attached to the scanned document within Worldox GX.
• Location choose to store the scanned document in the Repository or in an alternate location of My Choice.
• Folder choose an alternate location for storing the document, this field is only available when the Location is set to My Choice.
• Store type choose the store type. The options are:
• New: a new document will be created, the file name will be auto-created by Worldox GX.
• Overwrite: a check is carried out to determine whether the document already exists in the specified path. If the document does exist, the old document will be overwritten by the new scanned document.
• Filename this field is only enabled when the selected Store type is Overwrite, specify the file name of the file that needs to be overwritten.
• Version specify a version number for the document.
