Open Text Livelink ECM - Browse

This module can be used for Browse purposes which allows a user to select a location by browsing through the Open Text Livelink folder structure. From the scan device interface, a user will be able to select which Open Text Livelink folder to store a document.

To connect to the Open Text Livelink server specify the IP Address and Port of the server. The Username and Password fields must be filled out to provide access to the Open Text Livelink locations when browsing at the scan device. In addition also the Database name must be provided, the default name is Livelink. It is possible to browse in a personal workspace, to do so check the Use personal workspace checkbox and select what Owner must be used. This is the Owner of the personal workspace. The Root folder must be specified, this is the starting location where the user will begin browsing, the user will not be able to browse to a location above the root folder.
