MS CRM - Store

By selecting the MS CRM module the scanned document will be stored in Microsoft CRM. A note will be attached to a chosen entity within Microsoft CRM and the scan document will be attached to that note. Both Microsoft CRM version 4.0 and 2011 are supported.

Connection settings:

• Server the name of the MS CRM database server.
• Database the name of the MS CRM database.
• Windows authentication the account that is assigned under the Log on setting will be used for accessing the database server.
• SQL authentication authentication to the MS CRM database via a username and password.
• Username the username of the account that will be used to connect to the MS CRM database.
• Password the password of the account that will be used to connect to the MS CRM database.
