ODBC - Upload properties

Fields that display the metadata browser iconcan be populated with a metadata value.

There are two ways to store documents:

  • Save file on disk
  • Save file in database

Upload properties:

  • Table the fields from this table can be populated by the application.
  • Save file on disk save the file on the filesystem and use the filepath metadata [QDESTINATION] to link it in the database.
  • Folder select the path were the scanned document should be stored.
  • Filename the file name to be used for the scanned document.
  • Save file in database save the file in a binary column.
  • Column select the binary column to store the file in.
  • Fields extra fields which can be populated in the selected table. If the file is saved on the disk the metadata field [QDESTINATION] can be used to get the path to the file.
