ProLaw - Upload properties

Fields that display the metadata browser iconcan be populated with a metadata value.

Upload properties:

• Matter ID specify to which matter the scan should be added. Use either a fixed value or metadata.
• Default Matter ID the matter id that will be used if for some reason the scan cannot be stored with the matter id that is provided through metadata. When this field is empty and a scan cannot be added using the matter id the scan will be treated as an error and therefore will be stored in the error folder.
• Initials the initials of the user that stores the scan in ProLaw. Use either a fixed value or metadata.
• Document type select which document type should be assigned to the scanned document.
• Note the note that a user will see in the event treeview. By clicking this note in ProLaw the user will open the scanned document. Use either a fixed value or metadata to populate the note field.
