Fields that display the metadata browser icon can be populated with a metadata value

Upload properties

• Userspecify the user who will be the owner of the document in Livelink.
• Use personal workspace by selecting this option the scanned document will be stored in the root folder of the user’s personal workspace. When not selected, the document is stored in the Enterprise workspace that is selected in the Folder field.
• Folder choose the destination folder in the Enterprise workspace.
• Subfolder optionally, choose a subfolder for storing the document in the chosen workspace. To build a folder path existing of multiple subfolders please use the following syntax [metadata1][metadata2].
• Name specify the name of the document.
• Description a description that will be attached to the scanned document within Livelink.
• Upload type select the upload type, the options are:
• New: a check is carried out to determine whether the document already exists in the specified workspace or folder. If the document does exist, an incremental number (e.g. invoice_00001.pdf, invoice_00002.pdf ) will then be assigned to the new document).
• Overwrite: a check is carried out to determine whether the document already exists in the specified workspace or folder. If the document does exist, the old document will be overwritten by the new document.
• Category use the browse button to specify a document category.

Attributes:

• Name specify the name of the attribute linked to the category in Livelink.
• Value the value of the attribute.
