SuperOffice - Upload properties

Fields that display the metadata browser icon can be populated with a metadata value.

Upload properties:

• Destinationchoose Company, Person or Project, the scanned documents will be attached to a record under this Destination.
• Number the unique number (reference key), like a Project Number or a Company Number, that is corresponding with the record of one of the chosen Destinations.
• Title the title of the document.
• Description the description of the document.
• Our reference your reference is supposed to be for what SuperOffice refers to the document as i.e. a Quote Number or Invoice Number.
• Your reference your reference is supposed to be for what the user refers to the document as i.e. an Order Number.
• Date the date of the document.
• Completed tick this option so the scanned document will be stored in SuperOffice without creating an appointment in the diary, the document will be attached to proper destination.
