By selecting SharePoint the scanned document will be stored on a SharePoint server.
Before using the SharePoint connector first install two extra components, please refer to the Installation Guide for more information.
Connection settings:
- Server Specify the SharePoint server URL with a fully qualified DNS name or IP address plus the server root i.e. http://192.168.1.102/sharepoint.
- Top-level website If the SharePoint server has multiple Top-level websites, one of them can be specified here.
Log on as:
- Default account Select this to attempting to access the SharePoint location using the account which is specified under the general Log on setting.
- This account Select this to specify an alternative account.
- Use Metadata the user credentials that are stored in the metadata fields can be used to populate the username, password and domain field. Please read Metadata description for more information about what user metadata is available.
- Username Username of the alternative account.
- Password Password for the alternative account.
- Confirm password Password for the alternative account; must be the same as the Password field.
- Domain This is optional and is typically only needed when specifying a domain account instead of a local account.
