Fax out - Xerox Fax Option

The Xerox Fax Option imitates the Fax feature of a Xerox device, it will store a Xerox Fax job in a folder subsequently any Fax solution that supports Xerox Fax Jobs can import the Job and process the fax.

Fields that display the metadata browser icon can be populated with a metadata value

Connection settings:

• Type the type of fax server to connect with.
• Server the folder where the Fax Job will be stored, this is the folder where the Fax solution will import the Fax Job from.
• To number the number of the recipient of the fax.
• Username optionally the username of the scan user can be provided i.e. by using the [NetworkUsername] metadata field.
• Domain optionally the domain of the scan user can be provided.
• Delayed send check this box to enable the delayed send functionality.
• Specific time specify the time the fax should be send out.
