Winshare - Template document

This tab allows you to use an existing document as a template. That means that the selected template document is copied into the destination folder, when a new document is stored by the Winshare module. The copied template document has the same name as the original template document. If there is a file with the same name (the template document was already copied there or a final document has the same name), the template document is not copied, so the already existing other document is not overwritten.

Template document:

• Enable: Check this box to allow the template document feature.
• File: Enter the file path and name manually, or browse to the file you want to use as a template document.
