IBM Lotus - Upload properties

Fields that display the metadata browser icon can be populated with a metadata value.

Upload properties:

• From enter an email address that will be displayed in the From field of the email.
• To enter the email address(es) of the email recipient(s). Separate the addresses with a semicolon.
• CC see the To field description.
• Subject enter the Subject of the email here.
• Filename the file name can be entered here. In this example the metadata [filename] is used.
• Body enter the content of the email message here. This can be plain text as well as HTML.
• Email per document with this option enabled, one email will be sent per document in the scan job. Otherwise, one email containing all documents for the scan job will be sent.
• Save mail in sent items with this option enabled the email and scanned document will be saved in the sent items folder.
