Exact Synergy Enterprise - Store

The store functionality of the Exact Synergy Enterprise module of ScanFlowStore allows uploading documents with property values into an existing Exact Synergy Enterprise system.

The first step is to configure the connection settings on the Store tab.

Here the following Connection settings should be set correctly:

• Server: The name of the SQL Server used by Exact Synergy Enterprise.
  If necessary the name of the database instance can also be set separated by backslash ().
• Database: Name of the SQL Server database used by Exact Synergy Enterprise.
• Installation folder: Full path of the Exact Synergy Enterprise installation folder.
  The installation folder can be selected from a folder selection dialog by pressing the browse (…) button.
• Windows authentication: Select this option if the SQL Server database of Exact Synergy Enterprise can be accessed with the user, who is running the ScanFlowStore services (Administration Tool and Processor).
• SQL authentication: Select this option to specify a user account for the SQL server database of Exact Synergy Enterprise.
• Username: Username of the account for the SQL authentication.
• Password: Password of the account for the SQL authentication.
