Application Bar Settings

Enterprise Organizer Pro features an Application Bar, a convenient panel of links to your most-used Windows programs. The Application Bar appears at the bottom of the main Enterprise Organizer Pro interface. To toggle it on and off, go to the View menu > Application Bar. You can determine the applications which will appear in the Application Bar, the order of the icons, and the size of the icons.

To customize the other Application Bar settings, go to the Settings button > Misc, and click Edit Application Bar. Alternatively, you can click anywhere in the white space of the Application Bar with the right mouse button. A small pop-up menu will appear. On this menu, select Edit Application Bar.

Controlling What Applications Appear on the Bar

The Application Bar Settings dialog shows two columns: Available Applications and Applications on Apps Bar. The Available Applications are a few programs which Enterprise Organizer Pro was able to automatically locate on your computer. The Applications on Apps Bar column shows the programs which currently appear on your Application Bar.

Certain programs may have been added to the Application Bar automatically. Feel free to remove these from the Application Bar or re-order them to your liking.

Adding Programs to the Bar

To add a program to the Application Bar, simply locate it on the Available Applications list, select it, and click the ">" button to move it to the Applications on Apps Bar list. If your program does not appear on the Available Applications list, see Browse for Application below. Use the ">>" button to add all of the programs in the Available Applications column to the Application Bar.

Removing Programs from the Bar

To remove a program from the Application Bar, select it on the Applications on Apps Bar list and then click the "all programs from the list.

Changing the Icon Order

The first program listed in the Applications on Apps Bar column will appear as the left-most icon in the Application Bar. Likewise, the last program in the column will appear as the right-most icon. You may move an icon to the left or right by selecting it in the Applications on Apps Bar column and using the up or down arrow buttons to change its position in the list.

Browse for Application

If you wish to add a program which does not appear in the Available Applications list, simply click the Browse for Application button. This will let you manually locate the program. Once located it will be added to the Application Bar.
